Tapenade with Kaplan’s pumpernickel bread or crackers with dates and Lindendate Farm tomme

2nd

GK vegan chili or tomato soup arlesienne or local mixed green salad with veggies (vinegarette and/or ranch dressing) 

3rd

Roasted cod fish filet with tomato sauce and finely chopped veggies

Roast loin of pork stuffed with figs and served with red onions and carrots

Hunters chicken

Veggies

Local sugar peas, rainbow carrots, and roasted fingerling potatoes
